Linseeds (or flax seeds) are the seeds of the flax plant and are rich in three essential fatty acids. The smooth, nutty taste of these seeds means they are often used in bread baking or sprinkled in salads for a nutritious boost to the immune system.
These are UK GROWN linseed. Whilst not organic we source these from Hodmedods, a wonderful UK company who focus on sources UK grown grains, pulses and seeds from organic and low input farmers.
