We want to reward our lovely customers for choosing us for all your zero waste needs so we introduced a reward system. Get 1 point for every £1 you spend, once you've collected 100 points you will receive a £3 voucher to use on your next online purchase from us. You don't have to do anything apart from login to your account each time you shop to build up your points.
Shopping & quantities
We don't hold products in packaging in the shop, and all purchases are made by weight. On our website, you can order all products per 100g, and prices are displayed per 100g (unless otherwise specified). If you would like 300g of a product, simply add 3 x 100g to the shopping cart. You can do this by adding 3 of a product to the cart on the product page, or by clicking on the shopping basket in the top right of your screen. This will take you to your basket, where you can choose the quantity you like, and click ‘update cart’. Changing quantity in the shopping cart is the best option if you are ordering a large number of items.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing - Once your order has been placed we will pick and pack it within 2 working days and ship via courier. You should receive your order within 5 working days of placing it. If you have not received it, please let us know on firstname.lastname@example.org. Your order may require someone present at the delivery address to receive it. If no one will be in to receive it, you can re-arrange delivery free of charge with the courier. If you have any questions about delivery or special requirements, please do contact us to discuss.
Delivery prices - We have variable pricing for delivery depending upon where you are in the UK:

- 3-4 working days (from order date) - £5.50
- Orders over £50 - FREE DELIVERY
- Scottish Highlands and Islands - £10
- Orders over £60 - FREE DELIVERY
- Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Channel Islands - £16
- Orders over £80 - FREE DELIVERY
Shop collection - You also have the option to collect from our store in Crickhowell, with no charge. Please allow at least 2 working days before collecting. You will receive an email when your order is ready. You can also collect from Gilwern Roots Community Cafe on Tuesday mornings 10:30am-12:30pm. For collections from the cafe, please ensure your order is placed by Friday.
Packing materials - We pack all orders in either kraft paper bags or home compostable cellulose bags. These are then shipped in cardboard boxes, and sealed with paper tape. All material used is 100% recyclable, compostable, and plastic free. We even reuse the packing material we receive from our suppliers to pack your orders. Kraft paper is not bleached so minimises the use of harsh chemicals in its production, making them a more environmentally friendly option. We are also more than happy for you to send back our packaging for us to add to our compost or recycle!
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any of our donated glass jars for delivery to customers due to the weight and fragile nature of glass.
You can order and pay for all your goods online, and come and collect it at your convenience. We will do all the picking, packing and weighing for you, and pack your order in kraft paper bags. Your order will be ready to collect the next working day from us. We will hold onto it for 1 week from your purchase date for collection. You can collect it from our shop in Crickhowell (Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 5:30pm) or from the Gilwern Roots Cafe (Tuesdays 10:30am-12:30pm). If you do not collect your order (and you haven’t been in touch to ask us to hold on to it) we will cancel and refund your order.

At Natural Weigh, we operate in a small premises which contains gluten, wheat, soya, nuts and peanuts. Although we do not store or pack these products in conjunction, there is a risk of cross contamination within our shop. We therefore advise that our products are not suitable for those who are very sensitive to these allergens. We maintain high levels of food hygiene. Returns & Refunds
At Natural Weigh we aim to provide high-quality produce and service. If you are not happy with an order you receive please let us know on firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order is damaged or not as described we offer a full refund on receipt of photographic evidence.
