Organic green lentils – per 100g
These lovely little lentils hold their shape well when cooked and are great in soups, casseroles and stuffed vegetables
Green lentils are large-ish, flat, round lentils which hold their shape well when cooked. Their mild flavour makes them a great addition to almost any meal to add protein and substance. To cook, rinse in cold water boil for up to 1 hour. Soaking overnight will reduce cooking.
