Our spelt flour is a celebration of British. The grains are grown organically at Hammonds End Farm in Hertfordshire. These are then transported to Talgarth Mill (just 12 miles from us) where they are milled using a traditional watermill.
Talgarth Mill is an incredible community project which restored an old water mill. The mill is run by a team of dedicated volunteers.
This spelt flour has a nutty, slightly sweet flavour and can be used in breads as well as cakes and biscuits
