The well known base for houmous, these delicious, creamy, organic chickpeas have a wide range of uses
Chickpeas are commonly used in Indian and Middle Eastern dishes. When blended with garlic, oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt and black pepper and sesame seeds they make a fantastic houmous. To cook, soak overnight then rinse and boil for 2-3 hours until soft.
