Quinoa is a complete protein and gluten free so provides a wealth of health benefits. It is also very tasty and versatile and can be used in place of rice in any dish. We also add it to bologneses, lasagnes and chillis for some extra protein.

To cook, boil 1 cup of quinoa with 3 cups of water for 12-15 minutes.
