Awesome white sourdough baked by the lovely Angel Bakery in Abergavenny. This loaf is 1kg and is great fresh but also keeps really well.

Available for collection in store Tuesday to Saturday only as these are baked fresh.

A mix of organic blend of stoneground flours. The dough is fermented and developed over several days using a natural sourdough
