Description

Lovely wholegrain sourdough baked by the lovely Angel Bakery in Abergavenny. This loaf is 1kg and is great fresh but also keeps really well.

Description

We use a similar method to the white sourdough but incorporate stoneground wholemeal flour and a mix of whole, and chopped, wheat and rye grains

Flavour/Texture

The loaf has a deep and complex flavour with a satisfying chew from the cooked whole grains
