Description
Organic red lentils do not hold their shape as well as some lentils when cooked and make a thick, creamy, delicious sauce when boiled. They can be added to soups, stews and curries or can form the base for dishes such as dhals, burgers and even brownies. To cook, boil for 15 minutes until soft.
They cook quickly without soaking and easily break down into a creamy consistency, making them an ideal base for comforting, wholesome meals.
