Description
This fantastic heritage flour has sustainability and environmentally friendly farming at it’s heart. Grown, harvested and milled within 10 miles of our shop, it is made up of a mix of heritage wheat grains. This mix of wheat varieties is sown each year and the different species compete, meaning the one best suited to the particular conditions that year is the one which thrives. Natural selection in action.
The flour is a unique and traditional product. It can be used in a wide range of baking, including cakes, breads and pancakes.
