Description
Chickpeas are commonly used in Indian and Middle Eastern dishes. When blended with garlic, oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt and black pepper and sesame seeds they make a fantastic houmous.
To cook, soak overnight then rinse and boil for 2-3 hours until soft.
