Apple rings make the absolute best snack on a long walk (or just a long afternoon in the office!). They are slightly soft and chewy and my favourite dried fruit to nibble on for a bit of sweet pick me up.

Ingredients: 100% apple. Note that because these don’t contain sulphur dioxide they will be a little browner in colour
