Description
This mix is the perfect way to enjoy wild rice. The variety of colours make this not only nutrition and delicious, but also an attractive addition to your meals. Nutritionally superior, wild rice is a different species to other rices. It can be cooked on its own or added to other rice dishes, including salads.

To cook, rinse first then use 3 cups of water to 1 cup of rice and bring to the boil. Simmer for 45 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed.
