Does the free shipping for orders over £50 still apply to subscription renewals?
Yes! Free shipping will appear as an option in checkout for each delivery that is over the threshold.
Can I change the frequency of my subscription?
No. If you need to change the frequency for certain products, you will need to delete the relevant products and then add them again as a new subscription
Can I add other (non-subscription) products to my order?
Yes! Add non-subscription products as normal. When you reach checkout, the right column will show the products for the initial delivery and then products for subsequent deliveries.
Do I receive a reminder when my next order is due?
Yes, one week before your order is due to be despatched. This gives you the opportunity to amend your order if necessary.
