Returns and exchanges
We are sure you will love your products from us, however if you aren’t satisfied with your order please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We can issue a refund or replacement, subject to the below conditions.
Contact us at he***@na**********.uk, quoting your order number and stating the issue with the items you would like refunded.
Please do not post any items back to us before contacting us.
Once you’ve returned to us, we will inspect the items before confirming we can issue a refund or replacement.
Please note that items must be unused and sealed in their original packaging for a refund, unless they are faulty.
Food items should not be returned to us before we have approved it. If there is a problem with the food items (such as them being off, rancid, stale, or contaminated) we may ask that they be returned to us so that we can first inspect them. A refund will not be given if you decide you don’t like the food item. Refunds for food items will be on a case by case basis.
If the items have been purchased using a gift voucher the refund will be a gift voucher. Or we can replace the items for something else.
Unless the products are faulty or not as described the customer will be responsible for the cost of postage.
Delivery address errors
The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct before submitting the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund or replacement parcel where the parcel has been delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
Refunds will be carried out within 7 days of the claim being approved.
