This medium roast Ethiopian coffee has a rich full flavour. Tasting notes: honey and apricot flavours, clean and balanced with a dark chocolate finish.
Ethiopia is the reputed birth place of coffee. The family owned farm grows these beans amongst the natural forest, a home to lions, which provides cool mists and shade from the midday sun. These beans are grown organically and have Rainforest Alliance certification.
How to enjoy: this coffee has been gently roasted to be suitable for cafetiere, filter, Aeropress and home espresso type brews.
