The rice used for making rice puddings and sushi are actually the same. Short, white grain rice. Who knew!? This product has been an absolute hit since we got it in. Rice pudding is a lovely warming dish for all ages and is clearly popular with our customers.

Typical supermarket pack size: 500g

Cooking instructions: Rinse then simmer for 15-20 minutes, until soft and fluffy
