Description

Nutritional yeast flakes have a distinctly cheesey flavour so give a Parmesan-like taste to vegan and vegetarian dishes without the need for animal products.  This product is a very good source of B vitamins and has added B12 to give it a more complete nutrient profile.

Use it to sprinkle over finished dishes, from mashed potato to bean stews.  Start carefully, the flavour can be powerful!  It can also be added as an ingredient in the cooking of stews and soups.
