Description

This organic pearl barley has a distinctive flavour making it the perfect addition to bulk up hearty soups and stews or add to delicate salads.

To cook, rinse thoroughly, then add to pan with plenty of water and boil for 10 minutes then simmer for a further 30 minutes or until soft
