Vegan Brownie mix (makes 12) – per 480g
Our dangerously more-ish brownies are guaranteed to have a dense centre and a wonderfully crisp top.
The perfect chocolatey treat for parties, bake sales, friends and family. Also amazing to keep at home for some vegan indulgence.
Just add boiling water and oil.
Cooking instructions –
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and line a 15x20cm (6″x9″) cake tin with baking paper.
Add 6tbsp (90g) of freshly boiled water to a large bowl with either 30g of melted dairy-free margarine or 2.5tbsp sunflower oil.
Empty 480g of brownie mix into the bowl with the water and the margarine. Stir to form a thick sticky dough and transfer to the tin.
Use your hands or the back of a wet spoon to spread the batter into an even layer in the tin.
Bake for 25 minutes and let the brownies cool before cutting.
