Organic sausage mix – 100g

Description

This is a deliciously herby vegan sausage mix that goes well with a some good old roast potatoes and veg. Or why not try baking it in crumbs and sprinkling over a stew for a tasty crunch. Yum.

Cooking instructions – Mix 125g with 175ml of boiling water and 2tsp oil in a bowl and cover for 10 minutes. Shape into 6 sausages then fry in oil or bake for 200ºC for 20 mins.

Ingredients: Soya protein, wholemeal breadcrumbs (wheat, salt, yeast), brown rice flour, cous cous, onion, veg bouillon (sea salt, rice flour, vegetables [onion, carrots, parsnip], yeast extract, sunflower oil, parsley, turmeric), tomato powder, celery powder, leek, sea salt, parsley, black pepper, sage.
