Organic rice flour – per 100g

Description

Made from one of the largest staple grains in the world, this rice flour is a great all rounder with a neutral taste. It is ground to a finer grade than brown rice flour, and blends very well with other gluten-free flours like millet and tapioca for use in gluten-free baking.

We operate in a small premises handling flour, therefore although this is certified gluten free, we can not guarantee it will not contain traces of gluten.
