Organic polenta – per 100g
This polenta is a versatile store-cupboard essential which can be served creamy, set into pieces and fried, or baked in cakes
Polenta is a made from maize and can be made into a delicious, creamy alternative to mashed potatoes, or it can be fried to make chips, or even baked into cakes or breads.
To cook, add 1 part polenta to 4-5 parts hot water. Bring to the boil and simmer for around 3 minutes.
