Description
Homemade pasta is so easy and requires very few ingredients, but pasta flour is one of those. Plus, it tastes amazing. Just be prepared it might take a little while.
This is a fine white flour for making traditional pasta by hand or with a pasta machine. Use in recipes that call for 00 grade flour.
Ingredients: wheat flour* (contains GLUTEN), durum wheat flour* (contains GLUTEN). *Organic produce.
