Mixed candied peel – per 100g

Description

Sweet, firm and slightly grainy, this high quality, organic candied orange and lemon peel is a well known ingredient in many Christmas recipes, including Christmas pudding and fruit cake.  It is also a great addition to lemon cakes and hot cross buns.  Why not try it in homemade mincemeat.
