Hemp hearts – per 100g

Description

These little beauts are shelled hemp seeds, leaving the soft middle of the seed known as hemp hearts. They make a perfect addition to salads, bread, soups and stews. Hemp hearts are rich in omega 3, 6 and 9 as well as being a good source of protein and fatty acids.

This is UK GROWN hemp. Whilst not organic we source these from Hodmedods, a wonderful UK company who focus on sources UK grown grains, pulses and seeds from organic and low input farmers.
