Organic gunpowder green tea – per 100g

Description

This green tea produces a soft, honey or coppery brew with a smooth, light taste.  The name ‘gunpowder’, derives from it’s process.  When the leaves have been withered and steamed, they are rolled into small pellets without breaking the leaf veins.  This means the leaf juices are not released.

Typical pack size is 100g

Brewing instructions: 1 slightly heaped teaspoon per cup.  Brew time 2-3 minutes
