Description
Coconut flour is made from dried coconut flesh that is then ground. It is gluten-free, high in fibre and low in carbohydrates. Coconut flour is great for gluten-free baking, though it will add a slight coconut flavour to the food. Although we take steps to limit the chance of cross contamination, there may be traces of gluten in this flour.
