Organic buckwheat – per 100g
Delicious in salads and a good source of protein
Buckwheat is a gluten free grain which has a wide range of proteins as well as manganese, magnesium, selenium, folate, niacin and iron to name a few. It is delicious in salads and goes well mixed with other grains such as pearl barley or quinoa.
To cook, boil 1 cup buckwheat with 2 cups of water for 10-12 minutes.
