Description

Black mustard seeds are fiery and pungent, they are brilliant for making curries and curry powder blends.  They can also be used in mashed potatoes and vegetable dishes.  Brown mustard seeds also help to create spicy, strongly flavoured condiments, such as salad dressings, marinades and hot sauces.
