This organic brown jasmine rice is unprocessed and more filling than its white counterpart. It has a high fibre and good protein content, making it a staple of any healthy diet. It has a lightly fragrant flavour to it. To cook, rinse in cold water then add 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
