These organic bran flakes are high in fibre and make for a great start to the day. They make a great base to add dried fruits, nuts and seeds to. Or enjoy as they are for a simple, filling breakfast.

Ingredients: Wholewheat flour (90%), wheat bran (5%), maize glucose, barley malt, sea salt.
