Organic Anglesey sea salt – per 100g

This wonderful sea salt is made using a combination of traditional salt extraction methods as well as new technologies.  It is produced by a family run company in Anglesey, Halen Mon.  Their belief is that people who love good food, appreciate good salt to season it with, which lead to the production of this high quality salt. The salt has Protected Designation of Origin status and is certified organic by the Soil Association, which is no mean feat.

This sea salt is in flakes, perfect for sprinkling over potatoes or roasted vegetables.
