The Mooncup is a reusable menstrual cup made of medical grade silicone. Menstrual products are some of the most unpleasant items of litter picked up on beach cleans and litter picks and can be hugely detrimental to our natural environment. Size guide: Size is related to age and childbearing history. There are two different sizes. Choose size A if you are 30 or over or have given birth vaginally.  Choose size B if you are under 30 and have not given birth vaginally.
