Description

These gluten free pasta shells hold together well when cooked and have a similar texture to wheat based pasta.  Plus, they taste great!

Cooking instructions: boil water, to make sure pasta doesn’t stick together, use at least 4 pints of water for every 8 ounces of pasta.  Make sure the water is at a fast boil before adding the pasta.  Salt the water with at least one tablespoon of salt.  Boil pasta for 8-9 minutes.  Drain and rinse with warm water.

Ingredients: rice (80%), tapioca starch, rice starch
