Christmas pudding kit (serves 6-8)

Description

Fancy having a try at making your own Christmas Pudding this year? We have you covered with this delicious Christmas pudding recipe kit. It’s best to make it a few weeks in advance to give it time to mature.

We have included most of the ingredients you need to make this pudding, you just need to buy a few extra ingredients to complete the recipe. Included in the kit is a recipe card.

The ingredients are bagged up into three bags, to simplify the recipe even further. You’re welcome.

The kit includes: 60g organic cranberries, 100g glace cherries, 120g organic sultanas, 120g organic raisins, 100g organic apricots, 100g organic chopped dates, 25g crystallised ginger, 130g vegetarian suet, 130 organic plain flour, 120g organic dark brown sugar, 100g organic chopped nuts (organic pecans, organic almonds, organic brazils), 1tsp organic mixed spice.

Extra to buy: 1 orange, 150g breadcrumbs, 40ml brandy, 1 egg (can be replaced with flax egg), 150ml milk (dairy or dairy free).
